Provide current, complete information when ordering – especially important for shipping RC components like LiPo batteries or delicate body shells.

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding RC vehicles and lithium batteries when using our products.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our RC components (from Axial SCX24 parts to Carisma Racing kits), but don’t guarantee all descriptions are perfect. Colors may vary slightly from screen images.

3.2 Product Availability

High-demand items like ESC units or competition crawler parts may sell out quickly. We’ll notify you if an item becomes unavailable after ordering.

3.3 Age Restrictions

Some products (like high-voltage chargers) may have age restrictions. By purchasing, you confirm you meet any applicable age requirements.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you order 1/8 off-road kits or drift components:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends)
• You’ll get tracking info when your SCX10 upgrades or CNHL batteries ship

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.3 Pricing

Prices shown are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices for RC components like ESC units or body shells, but won’t change prices for already placed orders.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Options

Choose your pit lane for delivery:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days) – best for urgent ESC replacements
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days) – ideal for combo kits

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except certain Asian countries and remote areas. Contact us if unsure about your location.

5.3 Customs & Duties

International customers may face additional charges – these are your responsibility, not ours.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

If your RC gear isn’t performing like a championship crawler:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused in original packaging (for boxed items like ESC units)
• Include proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• CNHL Batteries (lithium battery regulations)
• Opened body shells (custom paint makes these non-resellable)
• Clearance/combo items (as marked)
• Used electric components (ESC units, motors, etc.)

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Allow 7-10 days for your bank to process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (product descriptions, images of SCX24 parts, etc.) is our property or used with permission. Don’t copy or misuse our RC expertise!

We’re not liable for improper use of RC components. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for items like LiPo batteries.

We strive to keep our site running smoothly, but aren’t responsible for temporary outages that might delay your order for those 1/10 off-road tires.
