Gearhead Tip: For fastest delivery, choose our Standard Shipping option when checking out your 1/8 off-road kits or Carisma Racing parts.

Order Processing

We rev up our engines to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your Axial parts or CNHL batteries ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two ways to get your RC components to your doorstep:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for: Urgent needs like ESC replacements or competition crawler parts

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free on orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Best for: Large orders like combo kits or multiple body shells

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak RC racing seasons. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind every SCX24 upgrade and drift component we sell. If your RC gear isn’t performing to your expectations, here’s how our return process works:

Return Timeframe

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging (for boxed items like ESC units or Carisma kits)
  • Undamaged and unused (for parts like SCX10 upgrades or batteries)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Some specialty RC components cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons:

  • CNHL Batteries (due to lithium battery safety regulations)
  • Opened Body Shells (custom paint/preparation makes these non-resellable)
  • Clearance/Combo Items (as clearly marked on product pages)
  • Used Electrics (ESC units, motors, and other electrical components)

How to Initiate a Return

Pro Tip: When returning electric components like chargers or ESCs, include a brief video demonstrating the issue. This helps our technicians diagnose problems faster than a 1/10 on-road car completes a lap!

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Indianapolis-based team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (varies by location)
  • Any special handling notes (especially for large items like 1/8 off-road kits)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely (use original packaging when possible) and include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email this)
  • Copy of your invoice

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Exchange Process

Need to swap those 1/10 on-road tires for off-road versions? Here’s how exchanges work:

  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Any price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your SCX10 upgrade kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong drift parts:

  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For our global RC enthusiasts outside the US:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
